Rates and Reservation Information

The following dates have been reserved: Rates & Rules
    • July 2 - 5, 2010
    • July 16 - 18, 2010
    • Aug 7 - 13, 2010
  • $100 daily plus applicable sales tax
  • $600 weekly plus applicable sales tax
  • The person renting must be a part of the party
  • We have worked hard to make our home pleasing  to you, please leave it as you found it
  • Check-in at 3 p.m.
  • Check-out at noon, unless prior arrangements have been made
  • Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a $100 deposit. 
  • Payment of the balance 14 days prior to arrival is acceptable unless other arrangements are made
  • Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to to reservation dates will have all monies returned except for a $25 fee.
  • Cancellation within 14 days of the reservation date will forfeit the price of your stay unless other arrangements can be made.
