August 1-3, 2008 August 10 - 16, 2008 August 29-31, 2008 October 8 -11, 2008 December 1-3, 2008 December 4 - 6, 2008 December 10-13, 2008	$100 daily plus applicable sales tax $600 weekly plus applicable sales tax The person renting must be a part of the party We have worked hard to make our home pleasing to you, please leave it as you found it Check-in at 3 p.m. Check-out at noon, unless prior arrangements have been made Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a $100 deposit. Payment of the balance 14 days prior to arrival is acceptable unless other arrangements are made Cancellations received 14 days or more prior to to reservation dates will have all monies returned except for a $25 fee. Cancellation within 14 days of the reservation date will forfeit the price of your stay unless other arrangements can be made.
