In 1999, we bought Mistletoe Hill farm as an addition to our dairy farm.  As an added bonus, the farm contained this cute little ranch house with a two-car garage at the top of the hill with the most gorgeous views.  It had been built by a woman in the early 1960's for herself and her buffalo, horses, and various dogs, and we wondered exactly what we would do with this neat little spread now that we owned it.  After several years of renting to various parties, we had the idea that we should share it with you - hence, we give you Mistletoe Hill, a getaway that is close to our hearts, and we hope it will become close to yours as well.

Our home is on a dead end road  13 miles from Wellsboro, PA.   Your only close neighbors while you are here are our dairy heifers across the road, but within 20 minutes, you can be shopping in historic Wellsboro, swimming or fishing at one of several state parks, or hunting on State Game Lands.

You'll enjoy the clear starlight of an evening in the country quietness or a daytime walk or hike through our fields and forests.  You may wish to sing around the campfire on an evening or snuggle up with a good book from our library in front of a crackling fire in the fireplace. Our DVD/VCR collection is a great addition to some satellite TV in the family room.

Our eighty cow dairy farm is at the bottom of your hill and we welcome any and all who would like to tour our facility to find out how your food is made or just to see how cute a baby Holstein calf is.
